Made this tool originally for myself because I wasn't happy how difficult it is to tweak the ouput of llms when asking for advice. So here it is for everyone who needs to make a difficult decision. There is a section with assumptions, a premortem and 3 time horizons. There are demos so you can try and see what it looks like.
