This is really cool. I'm still learning a lot of this, and if I am understanding it correctly, this could genuinely be helpful when I am exploring commits. Am I right that the idea is to give a visual overview of PR changes before actually diving into the diffs? If so, this could be great to use for my learning.

Indeed, or you can even look at the visualizations 'instead of' diving into the diffs ;)

When I started using AI agents, I reviewed every changed line. Then I realized the code was almost always fine (nothing critical to correct), so I started reviewing only at a high level, to understand which parts are affected and whether it follows the app's general architecture. Today, with models like Opus 5.5, I don't review the code at all. I review task plans, or ask the agent to check whether the implementation follows our architectural principles.
