I built this tool while working on MCP servers locally as I wanted to work on the UI as well as back-end server and was continuously iterating on the same. Since it needs a top level ./well-known url, I either had to run a docker with redirects but that meant building the applications again and again which took time or adding a redirect and making UI application a server redirecting the URLs.

Instead, I built Connectio which allowed me to create a config and save that as JSON in my machine. connect both servers and having route config similar to what it will run in AWS LB to redirect the traffic, then seeing the errors I was not sure if something was hitting the server or not so also added the capability to see the details and what was happening, how claude / openai will request some resources, tools or other details and how the server was sending this, having issues etc.
